Riveted aluminum sheet with silicone rubber hinges
I made these to hang signage from the ceiling. I made 30 pieces in 35 minutes.
I drew this cylindrical frame to mount 3 solar panels around a column, and then made a wooden dieset to bend aluminum flatbar into the desired shape. This was for a collaborative project; we chose a different mounting system and I did not finish constructing this.
